Entry Process

The carefully crafted Oregon ADDY Awards Entry Checklist (for Central Oregon entrants or for Out-of-Area entrants) will help your entry process tremendously.  There are specific submission elements and formatting requirements that AAF requires if your work is accepted at the District and National levels of competition. Oregon ADDY Entry Fees:

  • Member single:  $48
  • Member campaign:  $58
  • Nonmember single:  $68
  • Nonmember campaign:  $78
  • Student single: $28
  • Student campaign: $38

Central Oregon entrants:
Pick up bags and drop-off entries at Visit Bend by January 30th!

Out-of-area entrants:
Please mail your entries by January 30th to:

Payment for entries can be made:

  • by mail- include cash or check with your entries mailed to Visit Bend
  • by phone - we will call you for credit card info when we receive your entries.
